Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Final payment and guest numbers must be confirmed 21 days prior to the event. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment is received. 2. Cancellations & Amendments: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 21 days before the event will be charged in full. Changes to bookings must be made in writing and may be subject to availability. 3. Dietary Requirements: Please notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 14 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate all needs with prior notice. 4. Dress Code & Conduct: Smart party attire is encouraged. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guest behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner. 5. Age Restrictions: This event is for guests aged 16 and over. Proof of age may be required. 6. Seating Arrangements: Seating plans are arranged based on group size and venue layout. We will do our best to accommodate any specific requests made in advance. 7. Entertainment & Schedule: Entertainment times are subject to change and will be communicated ahead of time where possible.
